Hype for Garrisons is real!

So I've been doing some playing around with a friends beta and Garrisons are actually really well designed and feel pretty fun, defenetly way better than the farms introduce with MoP. As much as I love summer fall can't come quick enough.

I hope so; seems like they delayed the entire expansion 6 months to put them in and get them working.

I didn't hate the farm but I'm nervous about an integral mini-game that doesn't involve me using my character or his abilities.

Time will tell. I'm trying to keep an open mind.

I love my farm.

Nobody can go on it, complete solitude.

Works like an inn and has a mailbox.

Hey Fitsi, not any mini-games, at least not for me yet. It seems also to be a quest hub and travels with you to each area, from what I read. Haven't gone into new zones yet, internet just got back up for me. You get the supplies to build up your garrison from quests in the area. The followers, you just send on missions and they take x amount of time to complete with rewards from them. So that may be the most "mini-game" thing, but you simply drag your follower to an available mission and hit start, then come back later to get rewards. Which, as Brew may have found out, include mats, sometimes epics (they can do raids from what I understand), gold, etc. GET YOUR BETA ON.

cant believe those of us who started playing wow when most of our guild were still sucking on their mommas tats, haven't got an invite to beta yet!!!11

Jeez, all this beta talk and here I am creating my first panda cause I realized I never saw the mop starting area. But its okay now, flew on the back of a turtle now =)
