These two addons are amazing. Just saying. It has a tab "missions of interest" that has the good raid missions and rares and it tells you which of your specific followers you should use for each one and which ones you should upgrade the gear for and also makes upgrading gear easier with a button right in the follower window.

Sorry Sparky, didn't mean to take away from your work and research, you did a great job with the info but for lazy ass people like me, the addons do it for you. :D
